From your request to your first class
One person plans your course with you. You do not need to know your level or your dates yet.

Your level test with our academic director
The test shows your level as a band, for example A2 to B1. It never changes your price. Analia, our academic director, sets your final level after a short conversation.

What is a personalised enrolment?
You enrol with our team instead of on your own. Analia, our academic director, plans your course with you, you take a level test with her, and you receive a personal invoice. The classes, the teachers and the school are the same as when you sign up online.
How is it different from signing up online?
Online you choose and pay in a few minutes, at the lowest prices, with no contact with our team. A personalised enrolment is planned with you: a named person, a level test with the director and a plan that fits you. Compare both ways.
How does the level test work?
You can take our written test (5 to 30 minutes, in Spanish) and then choose a session with the academic director, in person at the school or by video call before you arrive. The test gives a band, and the director sets your final level.
When can I start?
Group classes start every Monday or Tuesday. Your start date is fixed: group classes cannot be paused, cancelled or moved. Private lessons start on a weekday we agree with you, from 48 hours after you book.
How do I pay?
Our team sends you a personal invoice. In the form you can tell us if you would rather pay in cash at the school, or talk to us first. Your place is confirmed when your payment arrives.
How long until I hear from you?
Usually within 1 to 3 working days. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 21:00, Buenos Aires time.
