Integral Yoga Classes
Although most of yoga’s disciplines focus, with few exceptions, on the development of only one aspect of the self (which has its own goals, such as achieving a state of liberation and transcendence or an optimal physical condition), integral yoga proposes a complete transformation of the self and is therefore considered a healthy discipline by doctors. While most disciplines focus on one aspect of the self and leave the rest unattended, integral yoga uses a healthy and broad approach without leaving any area unattended.
Integral yoga ensures a complete workout of all systems and plains of the human being through the use of postures and their respective counter-postures, which guarantee the opposite effect of postures. By using this system, we can build the series of yoga asanas (postures).

Yoga for Pregnant Moms
At our yoga gatherings for pregnant moms, we focus on the mother and her baby. I like to call them gatherings because they have a different vibe. It is a time to find each other through ourselves, our wombs, but also for each of you to meet with your babies. During our gatherings, we work to improve the mother’s posture and flexibility. We prepare to get into labor with deep-breathing exercises and we get ready to go through this nine-month journey freely and calmly with relaxation and meditation exercises. As a yoga instructor, I look for ways of making my pregnant students feel comfortable, find pain relief by means of specific postures, and prepare physically for the changes their bodies will go through during and after pregnancy. My goal is to make them connect with themselves and their babies. But as a mother I want the main objective to be the enjoyment of pregnancy, live formation, and of a time they have chosen to dedicate to connecting with this marvelous stage that, despite seeming long, goes by very fast.
