3. Spanish Courses
3.1 Course Structure
Regular group classes last for 4 hours daily, including a 20-minute break. On the first day, class duration may be slightly reduced due to placement testing and/or oral interviews. Students must submit their completed Placement Test to Vamos Academy at least one week before the course start date. Vamos Academy is not liable for missed classes or incorrect level placements resulting from late submission of the Placement Test. No refunds will be provided for classes missed due to testing.
3.2 Group Class Minimums
The minimum number of students required to start a group class is two. In cases where a student is the only one at their level, Vamos Academy will offer private classes of equal value, which will be treated as a group class for planning and administration purposes. If another student at the same level enrolls, the class will resume the regular 4-hour daily schedule.
3.3 Rescheduling Policy
Group classes cannot be rescheduled once they have commenced.
3.4 Absences and Refunds
No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed group classes due to absences, including but not limited to illness or travel, regardless of prior notice.
3.5 Private Classes
Private classes require at least 24 business hours for scheduling or rescheduling. See point 13.3 for additional information.
3.6 High Volume Adjustments
Vamos Academy reserves the right to introduce afternoon group classes during high enrollment periods. Students will be notified of these options, but Vamos Academy will ultimately determine student schedules.
When taking online classes, it is the student's responsibility to make sure he/she has all the necessary technical and non-technical requirements ready, including but not limited to a reliable internet connection, a computer with audio and video capabilities in good working condition, the correct browser installed, and a learning space with minimal noise and interruptions etc. Vamos Spanish is not liable to compensate for any loss of class times due to any technical or non-technical issues incurred on the student's side.
3.8 Online Class Materials
Students may view, read, and print any screens or materials shared during online classes for personal use only.
3.9 Copyright and Usage Restrictions
All materials provided for Vamos Academy courses are not to be reproduced, reused, modified, stored, published, redistributed, or exploited commercially in any manner without permission from Vamos Academy.

4.2 No Show Consequences for Group and Individual Classes
If a student fails to attend their scheduled group or individual class, whether in-person or online, Vamos Academy reserves the right to release the teacher after a 30-minute waiting period, unless prior notice of late arrival has been provided. Once the teacher is released, the class will be considered cancelled, with no rescheduling or refunds offered.
4.3 Online Group Class No Show and Late Arrival
For online group classes, if a student is late or does not attend the class, the class will proceed as scheduled without any adjustment for the absent student. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for missed class time.
5.1 Adjustments for Public Holidays

5.2 Unanticipated Public Holidays
The Argentine government may create and announce new public holidays during the year with little or no notice. While Vamos Academy will make every effort to inform students of such holidays, students are responsible for researching and staying informed about public holidays in Argentina when planning their travel.
5.3 International Public Holidays
For students participating in online classes or attending Vamos Academy locations outside Argentina, it is important to be aware of public holidays in the student's country of residence or the Vamos Academy location. Class adjustments and rescheduling due to public holidays will follow the same guidelines as described in sections 5.1 and 5.2.
6. Accommodation
6.1 Minimum Booking and Refund Policy

Should a student be dissatisfied with their assigned accommodation for reasons related to health, safety, or discomfort, they may request relocation within the first 3 days, providing a valid reason. If the concern was not disclosed to Vamos Academy during registration or booking, Vamos Academy will assist with relocation, but the student will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
6.4 Relocation or Termination Rights
Vamos Academy reserves the right to relocate or terminate a student's accommodation arrangement without a refund if the student violates the Code of Conduct, the host's house rules, disrupts the host's living environment, or generates a significant number of reasonable complaints from the host. Alcohol abuse, illegal drug use, or unauthorized overnight guests are prohibited and will result in immediate termination of accommodation without a refund.
7. Travel Documents and Insurance
7.1 Travel Documents
Students are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary valid travel documents, such as passports and visas, for the duration of their stay at both Vamos Academy locations. It is essential for students to research and adhere to the entry and visa requirements for Argentina, Spain, and any other relevant countries based on their citizenship and travel plans.
7.2 Travel Insurance
Students are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, theft or loss of personal belongings, and any other travel-related incidents. Vamos Academy is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from a student's failure to obtain proper travel insurance.
7.3 Medical Insurance
It is the student's responsibility to secure appropriate medical insurance for their stay at Vamos Academy locations. This insurance should cover medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation expenses. Vamos Academy is not liable for any medical costs incurred by students during their stay.
7.4 Insurance and Document Compliance
Any consequences arising from non-compliance or lack of proper travel and medical insurance, as well as valid travel documents, are the sole responsibility of the student. Vamos Academy strongly recommends that students verify and maintain their insurance policies and travel documents for the entire duration of their stay.
