Here at VAMOS we understand that learning Spanish can be an exciting yet intimidating experience. With so many different learning resources and methods available, it can be challenging to know where to begin. That's why we're proud to offer a free Spanish level test to help students get started on their language learning journey. Our Spanish level test has been carefully crafted by our experienced academic team to provide a comprehensive analysis of your strengths and weaknesses in the language. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some prior knowledge of the language, our test will help determine your current level and identify areas that require more attention.
How we work
Choosing a Spanish school is a big decision. So before you enrol, we want to tell you how we behave in the small things — the ones that, more often than not, turn out to matter the most. Here are seven of them.
All the important information about the school — courses, prices, calendar, accommodation and enrolment conditions — is available in at least Spanish and English. For our main markets, we also prepare materials in German, French, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese, which we distribute through our network of agents in each country.
We don't use unreviewed machine translation. Every version is written or revised by a native speaker of that language. If you've made it this far in a language that isn't your own and something doesn't quite read right, drop us a line — it's the best way to help us improve.
The photos, videos, testimonials and figures on this site reflect Vamos Málaga as it really is. Our classes have a maximum of 5 students; our intensive courses run for twenty hours a week; and our teaching staff hold degrees in Spanish Philology, Applied Linguistics or related fields, with specific training in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
When something changes — prices, schedules, facilities — we update it here as soon as it takes effect. If you come and visit, you'll find the school you saw online. Not bigger, not smaller, not different.
If you see the logo of an association, certification or accreditation anywhere on the site, you can click on it and go straight to the issuing body to check for yourself what it means and what it requires. We only display badges that are currently valid. You won't find logos here from bodies we no longer belong to, or from any we haven't joined yet.
Every affiliation or accreditation we mention has been authorised by the organisation that owns the badge, and you can verify it on their own website. It's the most direct way for you to know what stands behind us — without having to take our word for it.
If a school teaches Spanish, the least you can ask is that it writes Spanish well. We go a little further than that: every piece of text on this site, on our social media and in our printed materials passes through a native speaker's hands before it's published.
Spanish copy is reviewed by our academic team — all of them qualified in Philology, Applied Linguistics or related fields. The English, German, French and Italian versions are handled by professional translators with experience in the education sector. We keep a short in-house style guide so that tone and terminology stay consistent across every channel. If you spot a typo, we'll always be grateful.
On every course page, the first thing you'll see — clearly and before anything else — is duration, weekly hours, CEFR levels accepted, maximum class size, full price and exactly what that price includes. Cancellation terms, refund deadlines, visa requirements and accommodation details all live in their own sections, accessible from the main navigation.
The site works on mobile, tablet and desktop, and follows international web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) so that anyone — including people using screen readers or navigating by keyboard alone — can get the information they need and enrol without barriers. If something still isn't clear, our FAQs cover the most common questions; and if there's anything left, we're a message away.
Every image of classrooms, facilities, teachers or students you see on our site was taken right here, at our school in Málaga, during everyday life on campus. We don't use generic stock images to represent what we do.
When someone — a student, or a member of the team — appears in a recognisable way, it's always after signing a specific image-release authorisation, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. That authorisation spells out the intended uses, the channels, and, importantly, how to request the removal of the image if the person changes their mind later on. We handle those requests within five working days.
Every year, Vamos welcomes people from many different countries, of many ages, and with many reasons to learn Spanish. We try to make sure our communication reflects that reality: our images show the real diversity of our student body, we steer clear of stereotypes about any community — starting with Spanish-speaking ones — and we talk about Spanish as what it is: a language where cultures meet.
In our cultural activities, in what happens in the classroom, and in how we treat you at reception, we work with the same idea at the back of everything we do: you belong here, wherever you're from. If at any point you feel we're not living up to that, we want to hear about it.

We've tried to answer here the questions we hear most often before people enrol. If something's missing, we're in Málaga Monday to Friday, and we reply to emails first thing the next day. No forms, no middlemen.
