This year, la Asociación de Reporteros Gráficos (ARGRA) (the Press Photographer Association of Argentina) is celebrating their 70th Anniversary and they are having an exhibition tour of “The Best Of 2011” around Argentina. More than 270 carefully selected photographs, out of 2900 submissions from all over the country, are being displayed. They form a great collective look at the many important moments that had happened last year in Argentina and around the world, covering a wide range of perspectives on current affairs, politics, daily lives, sports, the environment, arts, entertainment and more. Not all of them have been published, so you will get to look at many have-never-been-seen images of major events.

This exhibition tour started in Rosario in June, later it’ll continue its way to other cities like Córdoba, Bahía Blanca, Ushuaia, Tucumán etc. Currently, this exhibition is in Buenos Aires! From July 17 – August 12, you can check out these amazing and inspiring photographic works at El Palais de Glace (Posadas 1725) in Recoleta.

Opening hours are: Tuesday – Friday 12nn – 8pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am – 8pm. Closed Mondays. Free Entry!
