Museo del Whisky

The Whisky Museum is in the Coghlan area. They have a collection of 3000 bottles from all over the world. They signature dish is Medallon de Lomo or Filet mignon with mash popato.  Besides the large collection of whiskys, this incredible bar also has thematic rooms for the members of the Whisky Malt Argentina. Simik Photograph Bar


Simik is a cameras and photoraph themed Bar in Buenos Aires. The bar opened its doors 40 years ago and his owener, Mr Simik is proudly displaying his incredible collection of 2100+ cameras, some as old as 1860`s.
The bar is located in the neighborhood of Chacarita (Av. Federico Lacroze 3901) If you are interested in having a good beer, and eating a classic Argentine Picada and enjoy this incredible collection, this is the right place to go.

El Banderín


If you love football this great Bar/Cafe is a must see. Declared Notable Cafe by the city of Buenos Aires El Banderín opened in 1929. This is a classic for Argentines football fans. Whir walls are decorated with historic flags and shirts for all the Argentine football clubs. El Banderín is located at Guardia Vieja 3601 in the Abasto area.

The Cavern Cafe


If you are a Beatles fan this is a great choice. Located in the area of Colegiales inside of the Paseo La plaza.  The Cavern Cafe Is a Beatles themed pub. If you can to enjoy a nice Quilmes bear with a juicy bife de chorizo you need to go to Zapiola 1502

Peron Peron Bar


Peron Peron Bar and Restaurant is a truly Peronistas Sanctuary. There are images of Peron and Evita all over the bar along with Nestror Kirchner and Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. The signature dishes here are Empanada de Osobuco and Milanesa de Bondiola. Prices reasonable but they don`t accept credit cards so remember to bring cash. Located at Ángel Justiniano Carranza 2225, Palermo Hollywood.

Cafe Cortazar


This place is all about the famous writer Julio Cortazar. The themed bar illustrates the life and work of his work.  Some of their dishes are named after some of Cortazar`s books like Ensalada La Maga. Located at Cabrera 3797 Palermo Soho.



Radio Bar is also a restaurant and a museum. Located in La boca area this place has space for 300 people and the popular dish here are Milanesa de ternera de napolitana with french fries. You can have a great dinner while enjoying a variety of over 400 old radios, phones and microphones. Located in Villafañe 65, La Boca
