2. Purpose

This site describes the Spanish and English courses VAMOS Academy Toronto offers, in person and online, their prices and conditions, and lets you contact the school. Using the site means you accept these Terms of Use.

3. Accounts

If we offer an account (for example, a student portal), you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; copy, scrape, or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission; upload harmful code; or impersonate another person.

5. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos, design, and code on this site belong to VSA Academy Inc or are used under license. Reproducing, distributing, or transforming this content without prior written permission is not allowed, even with attribution, except as permitted by law.

6. Accuracy and disclaimers

We work to keep prices, schedules, and course conditions accurate. They can change; the conditions that apply are the ones confirmed at the time you enroll. Official exam fees (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, and others) are set by the examining body and paid separately; VAMOS Academy Toronto prepares candidates and is not an exam center.

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by Ontario law, we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario law, including for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from this site. A link is informational only and does not imply endorsement.

8. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, except that nothing here removes any right you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 where that Act applies to your use of this site for a consumer transaction (see the Terms and Conditions for the commercial contract governing a course booking).

Las tasas de exámenes oficiales (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, y otros) las fija la entidad examinadora correspondiente y se abonan aparte; VAMOS Academy Toronto prepara a los candidatos y no es un centro examinador.
