Whilst Argentine cuisine is certainly delicious, there’s only so many empanadas, asados and dulce de leche you can take before you’ll be craving something a little lighter. Sushi seems to be pretty popular with the Porteños and as such you’ll find many sushi restaurants on every corner. They tend to be of high quality, you’ll just have to get used to the large quantities of cream cheese, they so often serve with the sushi.
Kanu Sushi

This place is cosy. A great place for a date or just a catch up with friends, it seats only around 25. A homely kind of restaurant with simple wicker lighting, the personal and friendly attention from the staff makes it an easy place to relax in. The sushi is beautifully presented and I would definitely recommend ordering a boat to share. This way you will be able to sample many of the different types of sushi. Reasonable pricing means that you will receive a reasonable amount of food for your money. Fabric Sushi

This place is an innovative fusion of traditional Japanese sushi and Peruvian ceviche. You can find traditional sushi rolls here and also Peruvian ceviche, which is a great combination if you are after something a little different. Fabric are a little more creative with the design of the food, and the plates are pretty. Interior wise it is chic and a little more glam. Reservations are recommended if not expected to avoid disappointment.

Inspired by a hip sushi restaurant in downtown Manhatten, NYC. A little more on the pricy side, but definitely worth it for a more special night out. A diverse menu ensures that flavours are interesting, expect combinations such as passion fruit and salmon. Cocktails are also great here,make sure to leave enough time to check out their (secret) wine cellar.
